YES! We handcraft our cheese in small batches in Birmingham Michigan. Same ancient traditional cheesemaking techniques but instead of using dairy milk as the medium, we use tree nuts (or other plants) as the medium instead. Our techniques honor the art of traditional cheesemaking, along with the power of our secret cultures that create a sustainable and nourishing cheese.
Our cheese is complex yet minimal, rich in flavor with a beautiful texture, and full of vitamins, minerals and cultures for optimal bioavailability and absorption. We source and use the highest quality, organic, direct and fair trade ingredients to create cheese that's wholesome and nourishing, full of naturally developed flavors, completely free of artificial flavoring, soy, gluten, thickeners, binders or oils. But most importantly, it's cheese that's kind and free of animal parts and dairy.
